i can’t help but brag a little about my crew. whether we’re working in naperville, plainfield, batavia, geneva, wheaton, downers grove, lisle, or anywhere in the western suburbs of chicago, these guys bring their absolute best to every single landscape design and construction project we take on. they don’t just show up and go through the motions—they show up with heart. and every day, they remind me why i love doing what i do.

i will fully admit that i am particular. i pour so much of myself into every design, from how the paver lines flow to how the plant groupings feel under a tree. i want it to be beautiful, functional, and deeply connected to the space and the people who live there. so watching my team carry that same level of care and precision into the installation phase is such a joy. they follow the design with incredible attention to detail, right down to the smallest curve or spacing, but they’re also intuitive and experienced enough to make thoughtful field changes when something can be done better.

they’re respectful of each property—tidy, efficient, and intentional. they clean up before they leave each day, communicate clearly, and never lose sight of the homeowner’s vision. and that kind of dedication matters. it’s the difference between a job getting done and a space being truly crafted. they aren’t just building patios or planting gardens—they’re creating something meant to be lived in, loved, and appreciated for years to come.
